If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately. These terms apply to all users, including individuals and financial advisors using the platform for professional workflows.

FinPlann is a financial tools platform providing:

• Investment and loan calculators (SIP, SWP, EMI, NPS, and more)
• A personal Financial Planner for income, expense, goal, and investment tracking
• Profile-based planning workflows for advisors and their clients

All tools are provided for educational and informational purposes only. Outputs are mathematical projections based on assumptions — not guaranteed financial outcomes.

As a user of FinPlann, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information in calculators and planner forms
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share your account
• Use the platform only for lawful personal or professional purposes
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform or its APIs
• Not use the platform to harm, deceive, or defraud other users or third parties

For advisor accounts: you are responsible for appropriate handling of client data, in compliance with applicable regulations.

All platform content — including the codebase, UI design, calculator logic, and written content — is the intellectual property of FinPlann. Unauthorised copying, redistribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

Your planner data and inputs remain yours. We do not claim ownership of information you enter into the platform.

FinPlann and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential financial loss arising from:

• Reliance on calculator outputs or planner projections
• Investment decisions made using information from this platform
• Service interruptions, data loss, or technical errors

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

We may update these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
