Is FinPlann free to use?
Calculators, the financial health check, the free money check and all guides are free, and the calculators need no sign-up. Pro, from $12 a month, adds the full financial planner, the AI action plan, FinChat and PDF reports. You can cancel any time.

Do you give personal financial advice?
No. FinPlann is financial planning software, not a SEBI-registered investment adviser. It helps you work through your own numbers but does not tell you which investments to buy, sell or switch. For that, speak to a SEBI-registered investment adviser.

How is my data stored and protected?
Planner data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We do not sell or rent your data. You can delete your account and its data at any time from your profile, and you can email us for a copy of your data. Our Privacy Policy has the details.

Can I use FinPlann from outside India?
Yes. The planner works in eight currencies, with exchange rates updated daily, and has tools for NRIs such as residential status and returning to India. Some tools, like the income tax calculator, follow Indian rules; SIP, FIRE, retirement and loan calculators work for any country.

How do I delete my account?
Open your profile, scroll to the bottom and choose Delete account, then confirm. This permanently removes your data. Deleting the account does not refund a paid subscription, so contact us first if you have one.
